根管治疗步骤
根管治疗步骤一般是这样的：开髓→杀神经→清洗→封药→根充→取模→戴牙冠。打开牙齿内部，对内部病灶进行消炎杀菌。
根管治疗是一项要求比较精细的诊疗项目。举例根充环节，就是对被掏空的根管使用多个牙胶进行填充，如果根管比较细或者弯的话，就会使用到显微镜下根管治疗术，所以它对医师的操作技术和熟练度要求都很高。
整个根管治疗过程大约需要三周左右的时间，患者要间隔性到院3到4次。
治疗部分之后还不算结束，还要对患牙牙洞进行修复。因为一般根管治疗后的牙齿牙洞比较大，牙壁比较薄，为了防止牙齿崩脆、劈裂，多会用牙冠或者嵌体进行修复，有的在做牙冠前需要打桩，来防止患牙崩脆、劈裂，保证其正常外观和使用功能。
根管治疗多用于治疗中、重度蛀牙，以及牙髓炎、根尖周炎等牙体牙髓病，大多数频繁疼痛的蛀牙，都可以经过根管治疗保留下原牙，相比龋齿拔牙后再修复，根管治疗不仅花费时间短，费用也比修复要少。
根管治疗虽然诊疗时间长点，花费也比普通蛀牙治疗多了些，但是经过治疗后的牙，又可以正常使用了，也避免了拔掉坏牙再镶牙的麻烦，这样的花费您觉得值得了吗？
